          To anyone with notifications on: 2 hours before each event, the evening before to anyone who hasn't answered, and Thursday evening to players still short on sessions.

          PNG with a clear background works best. It's also used for your team's app icon.

          Coaches can play too. On a roster you get its schedule, the weekly requirement and a spot on the team board, like any player.

          Calendar

          Put your schedule in your phone's calendar. New events, time changes and cancellations show up on their own. Google Calendar can take a few hours to catch a change, so Backpost's notifications are the fastest way to hear about last-minute moves.

            Your team gets its own address, like getbackpost.com/yourschool, with your logo and colors. You add your players and rosters.

          2. Players log the work

            They check in for Ranked Sessions and Training, count every game, and finish each session by choosing what to work on next.

          3. Growth they can see

            A weekly requirement, rank trends over eight weeks, and a history of every focus, so improvement is something players can point to.

          4. Coaches guide it

            See who's on track and who needs a nudge, leave notes on sessions, answer replay review requests, and run scrims, matches and film.
